I Have Only Ate This Brand Of Falafel For Over 20 Years the One That Came In a White And Blue Box -This New One Is So Bad It Is In A Green Box Don't Buy Cause This Is Not What Good Falafel Taste Like At All --Bring Back The Old One THE WHITE AND BLUE BOX

Good base, you can doctor it as needed, they go easy on the cumin so you have plenty of room to play with the apices

This mix does not produce the typical falafel one would expect. Salty and tasteless; dry. Instructions (nine 1" balls) literally tell all....there are not much food product available using two packages of the mix. And the photo on the box has got to be enlarged portions.Thoroughly disappointed, and I prepared this mix twice, just to see if I made a mistake the first time!!!

I use it in place of meatballs with spaghetti or by itself with a sauce. Delicious any way.

They have no flavor. Super bland.

This was awful ! And our family loves falafel! Buy their other boxed falafel mix with white on the box..says about the same for ingredients, but not so ! They should discontinue this disgrace !

Instructions say add 1/4 cup water - not enough. Extremely sticky when trying to make a ball. Doesn't taste like any falafel I have had in restaurants. Can't say anything good about this product.
