Great for healthy eating
Love all of the swaps in this book. I follow the author on social media, and this book is an extension of that, so that was nice. The recipes are all nutritious, and turn out well.

Healthy, easy, and soooooo yummy!!!!
I LOVE this cook book! Recently, I found out that I can’t have milk products as well as peanuts. So I had to turn to some “vegan” products in order to save my stomach. I watch the author of this book on youtube and I honestly just love her and her cooking. I have tried around 6 different recipes so far from this book, and have even served the cheesecake to my picky friends! (Which they LOVED. They couldn’t believe that it didn’t have dairy in it!) If I had one thing to comment about this book, is that there are a lot of sweet dishes and I feel like it lacks savory dishes. I was really hoping for a lot of lunch and dinner meals! But a lot of the book is breakfast and dessert based. Regardless of this one hiccup, I love this book! I’m a very picky eater and I’m always wary to try new things (Especially vegan/healthy stuff). But I’ve found that I’ve really enjoyed every meal I’ve made from this book. I don’t even miss my old lifestyle thanks to this book! The turmeric Latte has become a staple in my routine and I hope that this author comes out with another book that is strictly savory dishes! Please know, I’m a full time University Student with a part time job as well, and these recipes are so easy that even I can have the time to make them. I was worried that because they were healthy that there would be a lot of prep. But, I’ve found that all of these recipes are so easy to make, which really helps me save time and still get to enjoy healthy, vegan, food!

Ich verfolge Healthnut Nutrition schon ein Weile und koche auch gerne Rezepte nach. Dieses Kochbuch vereint die besten und auch tolle neue Rezepte. Ich bin hin und weg und freue mich über jedes Rezept, was ich als nächstes ausprobieren kann.Das Buch ist liebevoll gestaltet - seien es die tollen Rezepttitel oder auch die persönliche Einleitung durch Nicole zu jedem Rezept. Dieses Kochbuch ist nicht nur etwas für Fans des Youtube Channels, sondern bringt auch Leuten, die Healthnut Nutrition noch nicht kennen bestimmt viel Freunde.
