Really enjoy using the Playseat Trophy as it is comfortable and fits me perfectly with room to spare and I’m 6’2” tall. Very sturdy with no noticeable flex while playing and I am using a 12nm wheel. It’s a pricey but would recommend it.

High Quality Sim Chair well worth the money

If you are like me and a serious gamer you will find this seat an excellent choice. I'm graduating from a floor mount and office chair. The difference is day and night. You are so comfortable for long races and you feel the force feedback through the seat. It is well designed and completely adjustable. It looks so cool and I just unplug it and drag it into the closet when I need space. It is expensive but in this case you get what you pay for.

Great seat, slightly higher price than i think it should be… Going back, I would consider spending a little more for a decent motion rig, that said, it’s still sturdy, adjustable, and very comfortable for long sessions. Meets every expectation I had for it!

Upgraded to this from a standard computer chair and computer desk, awesome upgrade! It's nice and compact, and pretty easy to move around. The only upgrade past this is full aluminum frame style.

I'm not a big guy, only weigh approximately 160lbs. My playseat trophy began tearing on the side, and the stitching in other places looks like it's getting stretched and won't last too much longer. I contacted customer support on their American Website and got no response. Did the same on their international website and got no response. Reached out on their live chat, and it says it doesn't work and you need to email. Reached out on Instagram and Facebook messenger and got no response.Sent follow up emailed daily for a week.Finally got a response back saying those emails do not deal with warranty work, to fill out a form online in a provided link. Fill it out, a week goes by, no response. Reach out to the email that gave me the link to let them know what's happening, they just say to wait.I spent $600 on a chair that is showing signs of wear with 50 hours in the cockpit...They don't sell replacements seats. Once my warrant is is up in screwed (assuming my warranty does anything at this point)I purchased this because it's light weight Bd I could shove it to the side sliding it on the floor with a floor mat. Had I known the customer service and build quality (of the seat, the rig itself is nice) was this bad I would have saved money getting something more sturdy.Highly recommend you avoid this product.Google the problem you'll notice many others in my situation frustrated with the lack of support in and out of warranty.
