This is delicious. There is some intestinal distress but when you consider the goals of Gundry’s program it’s minor. I have dropped a couple pounds and it’s likely the restricted eating hours.It’s worth trying.

Doesnt mix well at first give it a bit it's yummy!

This product is NOT what I expected. It is a process to get a scoop of the powder into a bottle of water. I had to take a demitasse spoon and little by little put a small amount from the provided scoop onto the demitasse spoon and add it to the water. The powder just sits on top. I had to stop, replace the water cap, and shake the bottle vigorously for the power to mix with the water. BUT it didn’t fully dissolve. There were clumps throughout the water. I repeated this process until I had added the entire scoop into my water. I shook and shook the water yet clumps still remained. Finally I took a taste and it was awful!! Over the next several days I tried different methods of adding the MCT Wellness into my water. I finally tried adding it to a bottle of room temperature Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry. The clumps still wouldn’t dissolve so I put the bottle in the refrigerator. Later that day I removed the bottle from the refrigerator and noticed the clumps had dissolved. It didn’t taste bad mixed with the Mixed Berry Green Tea but it was so much work to get it to this point. I’ve decided to keep the product and continue to mix it with a bottle of room temperature Green Tea in the morning, refrigerate it, and drink it later in the day. So unless you lots of time to devote to this product I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Flavor that is weak and overly sweet, dissolves very poorly. Other sources of MCT and polyphenols are less expensive, taste better, and don't leave clumps even when mixed with a whisk. Would not purchase again.EDIT:Although I still would not purchase this again, I am impressed with the customer service. They reached out to me and provided a full refund. 2 stars for the product, 5 stars for the service, so 3.5 stars overall.

I’m overall pleased with the results of this MCT powder , I wanted to lose a few pounds and did achieve that along with an inch or two around the tummy and waist.. making my waistband more comfy and giving me a slimmer profile.. It’s a bit pricey but I will keep using it for a while.The one caveat is the difficulty getting it to dissolve in the water…I know that sounds like a small thing but after many months of daily use It’s very irritating… it’s like the proverbial stone in your shoe… you can walk around the block with it, but any further and it rubs you raw. I’ve now resorted to ordering a frother to mix it with…if that doesn’t work I’ll probably stop using this . I sure wish they’d do something to improve the user experience.

Consistency is the key to any program. I have seen benefits when adding this supplement to my "daily" diet. I've lost 25lbs and maintained that for over 6 months. Each individual is different so fit l don't hate if your body doesn't react the same way. Continue to search for your blend that works for you and "stick" to it. I have found my supplement in this compound. Amen.

I was skeptical because the reviews aren’t great but I hd a really good feeling about this and went with my gut and decided to try it. I like to drink lemonade a lot so I just tried this instead. I’ve been using this for 3 days (twice per day) and I have noticed a pretty big difference already. It does everything it says it does. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is my skin all over feels much firmer. I feel slimmer. I feel 10 years younger. I have much more energy and noticed I forgot to drink caffeine. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects whatsoever. I had a lot more energy at work. I feel like my younger self again! Thank you so much for this beautiful gift you have given me! I love it! Pros: Good taste, easy to use, and no side effects!Cons: Didn’t work, no change in energy or clarity, clumpy, and actually gained weight even eating a strict gluten-free diet and exercising daily! Not worth the money!
