Great jeans if you're thin and tall.
The style of these pants remind me of the Featherbed-K jeans that you'd find from UglybrosUSA, but the Maxlers are half the cost at $178 MSRP. In fact, both brands are made in S.Korea and you can find similar styles from each when you view their websites. I wanted to share that I'm 5'7" tall, roughly 140 lbs, and normally prefer a 30x30 in men's skinny jeans from Levi's or Hollister. Basically, I'm a Featherweight if you think in terms of MMA weight classes and I find most motorcycle jeans fit either too baggy, too long, or both.Pros:- Pretty true to size in the waist with a slim to skinny fit. Should work for most, but I preferred sizing down.- Includes both Hip and Knee Armor with CE rating of 1621-1:2012- Good amount of Kevlar lining sewn on the back of the pants- Denim is thick, but still has good stretch. I still had room at the thighs and calf areas.- Cheaper than brands like Uglybros, Dainese, Rev'It, or Saint.cc- Styling screams "moto jeans".Cons:- Too long, can't choose the length or inseam. The men's size 28 fits me like a 30"x36"- No kevlar sewn on front of the pant. It is only on the knee pads, so there will be no protection in that area w/o the armor.- Foul chemical smelling odor during unboxing, would not recommend wearing w/o washing first.- Styling screams "moto jeans", for anyone averse looking for a more traditional jean.In my photos I have a couple comparison shots versus a pair of Rev'It jeans ($229 MSRP) . When flipped inside-out, I didn't notice any loose seams or fraying, but I do believe the Rev'Its are still a tad better in details and overall quality. The hems on the Rev'Its are double stitched and come with a reflective strip that's visible when you roll them, whereas the Maxlers do not. The front of the Rev'Its also have protective material sewn all the way to the knees, so you have some protection even without the armor. In my opinion the overall quality and reputation of the Rev'Its justify the price difference. As for the Maxlers, I do like them and recommend them since they do offer better protection than riding only with a pair of Levi's. But unless you're thin and tall, you should expect to pay for some alterations.

Amazing jeans While they lasted. Not recommended
These jeans are amazing to wear. They are a bit long, but I can easily fold the bottom. They are heavy and well-built. So I thought. I wear them for long rides, because for short rides they are too much trouble to put on. They are heavy, so they tend to slide down, so wear a tight belt. I thought they were built like a tank. Wrong! After wearing them six times (10 times max, I'll be generous) the main buckle broke off. I had not even washed them. Because they are so heavy, I can't hold them without the waist buckle. I'll have to find a seamstress to fix the button or toss them. They don't fit my waist, what a WASTE! Do not recommend. No response from customer service either.

Amazing Quality & Fit! Love these jeans!
I usually don't buy clothes online, but these jeans are amazing! Absolutely love them. I am 6' tall and usually wear 32x33 size pants & jeans. This 32" size was perfect for my width and length. Didn't have to make any modifications. Fabric is thicker material, which I prefer. Styling is a bit like G-Star RAW jeans, which have been my favorite jeans so far. I bought these jeans for motorcycling (and they come with removable protective pads) but I wear them without pads just to go out -- they are really cool. The only drawback is that front pockets are not deep enough to store an iPhone 6 or X. When you sit on a chair or on a motorcycle, it pushes against the pelvic bone.

Took my breath away.
I usually don't do reviews but I felt compelled to do so because this jean is that GOOD! Want a riding jean that doesn't look anything like one then this is the jean for you. Worth every penny. Just go ahead and BUY IT!

Look great, feel great.
I wear a 34x32 jean, I ordered larger like other reviews suggested. I ordered size 36. Unbelievably they are slightly big. It’s ok because of the knee pads and you need room to move.I thought I could make them slightly smaller in the wash, but they are hand wash only.Still great jeans, very nice finish. Very comfortable on and off the bike.

Great motorcycle jeans
First off I enjoyed the nice packaging. They came in a nice box, not in a poly bag and were securely bubble wrapped. I tried them on and they fit perfectly. I normally wear a 30 and ordered the 30 and they fit great. The Kevlar is thick enough for the protection and the spandex material provides flexible and comfortable feel, not bulky at all so these should be good for casual dress as well. You can also adjust the position of the knee pads according to your height. Definitely worth the money and I would recommend these to all my friends who ride.

Skinny Protective Jeans
I have read tons of comments about wearing these jeans out. If you dig the skinny jean look, then by all means go on with your bad self. These jeans fit fine and the pads are easily installed/removed. The style is the culprit. I'm 6ft 1 in and wear a 34 waist and 32 length jean. These jeans fit fine in the waist, but are a bit too long. I'd say they are 34X34 if having to guess. No big deal when wearing with boots tho. I wore them for the Twisted Sisters ride and they are comfortable and luckily i haven't had to test their durability or crash resistance. I cannot give them a full 5 stars as i haven't fully and hopefully will never have to fully test them out.

Well made kevlar jeans
Bought a pair of these for a 100 mile trip around Scotland recently as my other 2 pairs of "Draggin" Kevlar jeans seemed to have shrunk in the wardrobe over winter (!). These jeans are a really nice fit with the benefit of a little bit of stretch for when you've had one too many cakes on all the café stops. Nice quality and extremely comfortable. They also were quite resistant to a little light rain.
