Very poor
Looks nice but fails in one very important area. It takes ages to switch off when the water boils - around 30 seconds, which leaves you with a kitchen full of steam. Looks like this is caused partly by a badly fitting lid. Returned and bought a Morphy Richards for a third of the price which is far superior.
