Beautiful heavy reactive glaze dinner set for 6pax. The colour is stunning! Packaging was brilliant. Small defect in one item. Contacted customer service direct via email provided in box. Automatically sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service. Worth every penny. The first time I've splurged for crockery and I'm wishing I had sooner.The dinner plates are bigger then most. You may struggle to keep them in wall units if that's your plan.

I love the colour the feel really good dinnerware n can be used in any machines ie microwave dishwasher. Great weight best set I have had. I even get a second set for someone in family as a gift. Thank you x also perfect size too x

Very good quality, absolutely live the colour combination matt black and aquamarine. Very heavy. Plates are nice and deep good for roast dinners gravy won't spill.

Also das Set sieht durchweg super aus - hab das in schwarz/grau gekauft. Kam pünktlich an - und - es waren 2 Teile defekt, 1x Rand abgeplatzt, 1x Kratzer auf der Seite. 5 Sterne trotzdem weil - das Set war gut verpackt um Transportschäden zu vermeiden, kann ja aber trotzdem passieren. Kontaktkarte lag bei, hab angerufen und ein kleines Mail - ein paar Tage später kamen die Ersatzteller - einwandfreie Quali, so stelle ich mir Kundenservice vor. Die Teller/Schüsseln sehen absolut geil aus, sind schwer, genauso hab ich mir die Teile vorgestellt. Hab das Set jetzt schon ein paar Wochen in Gebrauch und hab keinen Kritikpunkt. Würde es mir wieder kaufen.

Han llegado dos rotos (picados) pero dentro del paquete vienen los datos de la empresa, contactas con ellos y parece que reponen sin problema (en espera).
