These are well made, easy to install, and make life much easier when needing to change filters, hoses, or disconnect a pool pump/filter system from our 24ft Coleman Above Ground Pool.My husband bought an extra one for a chicken coop water system project, so they have many uses.Have held up well so far in our hot humid deep south weather this Summer.

The small Intex pool that we ordered did not come with plunger valves. I love that this attachment easily fits a 1.25" or 1.5: hose. Makes changing the cartridge filter much easier. Next year, we will upgrade to a larger pump with a sand filter. This attachment will make the switch very easy. Love it!

Very nice fitting that works on my 1.25 inch hoses but beware. Use metal clamps to clamp it on. I used the cheap plastic clamps that came with it and it slid off and half my pool drained out. Buy some screw on metal clamps!!

Worked perfect for adapting two different size hoses to my intex pool!

My old pool rusted out and I just wanted something easy and wet. Unfortunately, that means crappy filter and hoses without shutoffs. Since I have a salt and sand filter, I was looking for adapters (they exist) but this is the ONLY one that has everything needed to plug and play! Order a spare or two because anytime you find something good that works you know it will get discontinued or just impossible to find again.
