I bought this to wear under my wedding dress! The straps are easy to clasp together though a bit time consuming. The quality is amazing as it felt more like an ace bandage however, it fits amazingly. The performance smoothes everything out and I have not noticed any rolling up, though I must admit I haven't worn it for any extended period of time. I also enjoy the slight pressure applied to my back.

First waist training med I’ve ver worn that I can actually wear all day. It actually snatches my waist so good and gives me that small waist wide hips look that we all want to achieve. I highly recommend this waist trainer it doesn’t roll , it’s comfortable and it gives good compression. The vertical support plastics / metal ( bones) pieces don’t poke you when you sit if adjusted correctly. It is easy to put on the middle piece brings it all together .

I actually bought this for my post Pordum recovery. I gave birth via csection in late January. I ordered another in beige. Works amazingly well. Here are my honest thoughts..Size reference: I ordered a XL before sizing down to a large. I am 5'7 and 200 lbs. It doesn't ride down or anything. And covers from under my bust to just above my bikini line.Quality: very good quality. Sturdy and material is easy on the skin. I have even taken a nap in it.Ease of use: I recommend doing the top first and then the lower straps. Ending with the middle ones. As you loose weight go inwards to the 2nd row and then the third. Ones you reach the third, it's time to get a smaller size.Value for money: worth the buy. I'd get more but I wanna loose weight before that happens.Thickness: Doesn't feel thick and not noticeable under cloths

Definitely works but I don't like the back fat it causes coming out the top so I really don't use it. Also, Definitely made to be worn standing up and not sitting down lol

This gives me a snatched fit around my waist and straightens my back perfectly. They only thing is I wish the middle didn't role after a long period of use. as of now it's not too bad, but I wish it didn't happen. Anyway I am 5ft 200lbs. With my waist being the smallest part of my body, I bought a size large.

This is one of the best waist trainers I’ve tried. The material is great! It’s breathable and moving around is easy especially when sitting or bending.I got a size SMALL . I’m 5’1” about 122 lbs if that’s helpful.

I’m 5’9 and 220lbs so I have a pretty long torso. The large fit me perfect and was comfortable but I was able to clasp all the way to the 3rd row easily so I sent it back and ordered a medium. The medium on me is so uncomfortable and I’m just not loving it anymore. It digs into my ribs and back and it folds up constantly. I have a toddler + 1 and it’s aggravating that it folds up any time I bend down or even sit. I don’t think it’s the products fault that it’s uncomfortable for me, unfortunately I’m just right in the middle of a large and medium. I think with an extra band it would be perfect and more comfortable.
