Great fan, rubbish remote control.
The fan was excellent but the remote control only worked for a couple of weeks. Sent it back and got another one and the same thing happened.

Noisy ineffectual equipment
Very noisy and wasn't efficient blowing the air around. Would have been better to purchase a standard blade fan for a third of the price

The air was not cool. The function to blow around fragrant oil was really noisy and didn't seem to work i.e. the room did not smell of the oil. The heating function didn't work. The instruction manual was poorly written. I returned mine. They are now selling a new model so maybe it will be better but I didn't re-buy the new model
