Wow! Let's start by saying that the volume level of this speaker is LOUD! Indeed it have 4 active drivers, 2 for bass/mid and 2 for high's L+R of the device's face, and a pair of "passive drivers" that helps with the bass in the middle of the unit in front and on back.It can go really high on volume without too much distortion.It depends what kind of music you are trying to play.It can produce (for it's size) VERY well heavy bass for pop/RnB/DrumNbase and like minded style of music but within a "logical" volume level. i could say near 50 to max 60-65% of unit's max volume capability.In that point if you stream through an app/device that have Equaliser.. you can lower/tweak a little bit the "bass bandwidth" and then you can squeeze a little more volume output without so noticeable distortion in bass..You DIDN'T bought a 18" EV P.A Sub :PAfter that point you can feel/ that the "bass/mid drivers" are starting to show their "size limit".. and the quality of the sound starts distorting as you go higher.. This is something very logical for that size of drivers.. but after all the quality and the maximum volume they can reach is still amazing for their driver size/device size !On the other hand.. for Rock/Heavy music.. (more slap/short not so demanding bass frequencies) it can go REALLY high.. near the maximum volume level (again of course with proper EQ calibration for your beloved ears :P )Battery Life is something i can't say much as i'm usually playing at about 10 to max 30-40% (i have lovely roommates :P ) but i have seen 3 days so far with one charge at those level.. so i guess we have a winner?Although it looks water sealed.. Water and sand proof capabilities of this device is something that i'm not going to explore :PIt acts as a battery bank also but i don't use it for this purpose.

I was looking for a Bluetooth box suitable for the beach and for fishing. And I'm more than happy with it. Is really waterproof, as long as you do not forget the rubber covers after loading reinzudrücken. Everything else top, the sound is also relatively good for a small box like this. And nice and compact.

Seller was quick.Speaker is not as good as everyone else seems to think.The sound is not quality. Yes it’s loud but it’s missing something in the mid range. Feels annoying to the ears. Be ok for outdoor at volume but not indoors. Sounds like someone singing from inside a paper bag. Maybe that’s because it’s water proof, I did expect better. My partner finds it irritating she won’t use it.Increments of volume adjustment to large. Lowest volume is quite high so at night L1 is only just acceptable with children asleep upstairs.I wanted this as an all round speaker but it more of a boomy speaker than and quality sound.I bought the wrong speaker. I should have got a 10w.Good for a party at the beach or garden but not in a small to medium room.Well built, durable and looks waterproof enough.

Ok only got it today had a previous Bluetooth speaker which served me well but someone else needed it so thought I'd upgrade. Wow I am not disappointed the sound this puts out is insane!!! Even at less then 50% its louder then my newest tv. Good treble and bass. Compared to my last speaker I will say it's a bit more of a stretch to say it's "portable" it weighs a good bit and is fairly substansiale size wise compared to other speakers. But what space/weight sacrafices you make are met with an amazing sounding speaker I could bring this to a party and easily fill a room with people talking and still have this easily heard on 50% power. Only down side I have so far is the buttons the lights keep fading in/out either stay on or off...And possibly need to find a way to reprogram the plus button to make it skip a track instead of change volume. To change track you have to long press the plus button now but I change track more then volume so need to see if I can reprogram other then that would highly recommend this speaker well worth the extra money.

This speaker is really solid and has great sound. I bought it for camping but now use it routinely in the kitchen and garden to play spotify via my phone. It does a fantastic job, it can be really loud or quiet with very good quality from such a small speaker. For a portable speaker it is relatively chunky/heavy but I expected this and was willing to trade that for a rugged, good quality speaker. I'm very glad I did and would definitely recommend it.

Wow, I think I just ordered the loudest portable battery powered speaker on the planet! Speaker arrived on time and well packed and came with charging cable too. When i connected speaker to my phone (really easy) I was shocked by how loud it actually went. It has fernominal BASS and the buttons on the top have built in lights. This is going on holiday with me for sure. I'm going to be blasting songs beside the pool with cold beer in my hand can't wait. My friend has a Bose speaker which is not as good as mine. Battery life is very good surprising how loud it is.

I bought this speaker on the 13th of August this year. I use it in my home office, so it never gets moved other than to be charged. I was delighted with the speaker, the sound quality was great and battery life was pretty god. But here I am in my office today not yet three months after buying it, and the sound has gone. The speaker has started crackling as is tinny. Even with the sound down, any remote BASS etc, and it sounds awful. Not worth the money unfortunately. And also no protection from Amazon.
