Highly recommend these. They definately work . Some reviewers have possibly not done their homework. You need to understand about normal vaginally Ph and use them alongside your own symptoms. To be honest, these just confirm the symptoms I had . I also use then to monitor vaginally health to indicate potential or actual problems (if you educate yoursekf about normal vaginally ph) but obviously doesn't replace professional screening.
