Q: Where are the instructions. My package included balloons, 2 plastics straws, 2 rolls of something but I don't see the instructions. I need help

I thought the same thing! I YouTube’d it and had a friend who had done one before help. Basically you blow up the balloons (I used my husbands air compressor) and then put them through the plastic strip, it’ll slowly take shape. Take the many YouTubers advice and use the sticker tape to place smaller balloons in where needed once you’ve hung it up.

Hi , You need to fill them with air first , then to make the balloon arch kit, usually it need about 0.5-1hour

Q: Do you need helium for the Mylar balloons?

If you don't need the candy foil balloons to be fly ,fill with air is ok
