Handles do not last.
I liked what I got at first, but within a month two handles fell off or what have you. They are screwed on from the inside and this shouldn’t happen. I am trying to get new locks sent but not sure how this is going to end!!?

Combination stops working.I don't understand how you set the pin it works fine. Then it just stopped working. Wish I could return or get a replacement part but the return window closed

Item is defective and I cant get a refund
I purchased this lock after a friend recommended it (they have 2). He came to install it and it only worked a couple of times before breaking. I have since had another friend and a locksmith look at it and tell me its defective. Because I took the time to get it fixed I am past the return window. I'm disappointed in Amazon and Soobool.

Did not fit
Item didn't fit my standard door. Was too big to fit with a deadbolt on the door

Not more than a week the lock got stuck. It is a piece of junk. Don’t buy it.
