PhotoImpact 5 (Jewel Case)

A great program for working with photos. Arrived just as advertised. Would deal with this vendor again.

Not the lead photoimpact version that was awesome. This version is bad dont buy it.

This software does a good job editing photos without the complications of PhotoImpact 8.

Buyer Beware...If you have Windows 7, PhotoImpact 5 is not for you. I bought this based on a previous review stating this would work on Windows 7. IT DOES NOT !!! Do not buy PhotoImpact 5 if you plan on installing it on a Windows 7 machine.I used PhotoImpact a good bit a few years ago, and it was pretty simple to use and create/edit simple images and photos on the web or for print. It has some pretty cool things you can do with photos. I bought this with anticipation of using it to help me in creating some cool Calendar photo images. Ended up being a waste of money. It does work on Windows XP and I have resurrected on old XP machine just to test it out. Guess I'll be looking for something else.

Installed 2-9-2017 on Windows 10. So far so good. Only error was "insufficient memory" This is not caused by my computer but the application. To fix this, open PhotoImpact 5. Find "File" in the drop down, go to "preferences" Have enable undo checked and put the levels to 99. And put number of open recent files to 9. For some reason I have yet to get the error after this. PhotoImpact is the only editing software I found that lets me open many pictures and drag them to a new pic or on another pic.

I just love this program. When my system died and I'd lost the disc, I got one here to replace it. AND YES - IT WORKS ON WINDOWS 7. This is just an easy graphics program that is also quite powerful. You will love it!

This program was ordered to find a smaller Ulead PhotoImpact program than the newest ones to work in Windows 7. It does work in Win 7 without the slower load time of Ulead PhotoImpact 10 & 11 and is just what I needed. Program, price and service are excellent from Amazon.

I got this product free with a scanner I purchased a long time ago. I was amazed by the features and missed it after I gave the scanner away. I am very glad I was able to find it and purchase it.
