Fortunate find
I could not find sugar free cook and serve pudding. This was a great find and now the second time I have ordered it. Makes a nice creamy texture and we divide the cooked pudding into 4 servings. Nice dessert for a diabetic in the hot summer time.

What's not to love? It's the old packaging, which I was happy to see because the product in the new packaging doesn't seem the same to me.

Healthy Pudding
If you like pudding and you don't want sugar or the calories, this is the best thing you could buy; especially this chocolate one where you cook and serve. It tastes better than the instant pudding, but actually all the instant pudinngs that are sugar free fat free are very good too.To me they taste just as good as if you had Jello pudding with the sugar & the fat.

Caveat emptor.
If it had indeed been sugar-free and fat-free, as pictured, I would have been very glad to buy more. However, it wasn’t. It was regular non-sugar-free, non-fat-free. I don’t mind telling the readers of my review that I’m not happy. I can’t have all that sugar and fat. I still have the boxes of pudding mix. I’d be obliged if somebody could tell me what to do with it! There is no UPS near here. Thank you! God bless you.

Artificial flavor
I have to express my disappointment with the Jell-O Sugar Free Gelatin Pistachio Instant Pudding. Despite being sugar-free, the artificial taste is overpowering and leaves much to be desired. The pistachio flavor, in particular, falls short of providing an authentic taste and instead comes off as overly artificial. The texture is also not as smooth and creamy as expected from instant pudding. It's challenging to enjoy a dessert when the taste and consistency don't meet expectations. Unfortunately, this sugar-free option did not live up to the quality I associate with Jell-O products, and I'll be seeking other alternatives in the future.
