I've had this for less than a week. The button that controls the volume, on the side, has already stopped working. It has not been subject to any abuse, because it's only been clamped into a headrest in a car. The button just doesn't work, it's like it is stuck in.The USB-C cable that it came with is dangerous. When I plugged the unit into the device, the head of the USB-C attachment just came off. I've never seen anything like it. It was not subject to stress or bending or anything, it simply detached, exposing wire. The head of the USB-C remained inside the tablet.

Good for my son, the preinstalled apps are really helpful

Spoilt just after two days use by my son, dropped from his hands at a height of 600mm, the screen went blank. Wouldn't recommend. The 8inches he used lasted,I couldn't find it online to buy back,went for the 7inches. Am really disappointed

Most impressive service

Screen is not working after only one drop on the floor. I purchased it today and my son only used it half an hour before it permanently stop running.

Overall great product, kids love it, issue is the chargers, they are weak and broke off the “charging pin (usb c)” I and had to take it off the device as it was still stuck there…just make the charging system robust, but great product overall, and I love that I control everything even the ability to giving kids time off by switching the device off…

Not good. Too loud for the lowest volume. Too bright for the lowest level which is bad for children's eyes. Didn't even last for a month as it suddenly just didn't come on at all till date.

I purchased this tablet to entertain my 4 year old with more age appropriate material rather than watch his older brothers play cod and gta etc and it has done exactly that.Has a great app installed with preloaded games(inc 2 player) and media content, and you can limit screen time via parental settings within the app.This app and yt kids has been more than enough to keep my son happy and give me some peace over the half term I definitely recommend giving it a try if you don’t want to spend a lot on pricey tech.Technically, battery life has been fine, volume is on the loud side but can be made bearable by disabling some of the alert/keyboard sounds.He did drop it and the stand came off but I managed to attach it back fine and it’s still working.Good little find.
