Install these on 2014 Chevy Sonic and almost like having another set of headlights, but for the reverse to see clears day and works wonderful with the backup camera worth every penny. You'll be thankful deciding to install these

I have 20% tint strips that cover the reverse and signal light portion of my taillights for a more aggressive appearance. Even though reverse lights typically seem meant to only provide a nominal amount of light for backing and are more intended to warn drivers that you're in reverse, the tint darkens the reverse lights and makes backing in darkness more challenging (of course). I decided to try these LED reverse lights hoping for an increase in illumination. I chose them because they were compact and seemed to be more of a direct replacement than some other LED's that were available. No fans or adapters necessary. I was able to plug them right into the original sockets and they fit in the housings without any modifications. They do show brighter through the tint and provide a little more light for backing into my dark driveway. The main difference is the color of the light compared to the halogens is much whiter. While not a huge difference in improving my sight, they give my car a more premium look and will definitely be more noticeable to other drivers and pedestrians, for safety's sake.

I put these into a 2000 F150 and can finally see when I am backing up. I replaced the stock type halogen bulbs and it made an enormous difference. My rear window is tinted and with the stock type bulbs, I had to roll down my windows and back up using my mirrors because it was too dark. Not anymore, there are like mini flood lights they are so bright. Install was simple plug and play. No issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend these reverse lights if you want super bright light while backing up. Excellent price too. Side note, check your owners manual, the Amazon guide said these would not fit my truck. The owners manual listed this type as the replacement. They fit and work fine.

We live in an isolated area and it is pitch black at night as there are no lights anywhere. Backing my Ram truck up with conventional incandescent lights was like driving in the dark. I needed something that could truly brighten the path behind me. These LED reverse lights are unbelievably bright. They light up the entire back area of my truck.They were simple to install. It requires taking 2 small star screws out of the tail light mount and the whole light comes out. I removed the old incandescent reverse light bulbs and plugged in the new LED reverse lights and installed the lens covers back onto the truck. I checked it out by putting the truck into reverse while the engine was not running to see how the new lights looked and they were amazing! I’m so glad that I found these lights. I would recommend these to anyone who is still using old incandescent lights.I posted a picture of the new light. You will see that the left hand is the new light and the right side is the old incandescent bulb.

I can’t tell you how much brighter these lights are in my ‘06 MINI Cooper. I tried to get a picture and it sort of blinded my camera. Direct fit for my car with no troubling bulb out indication that I’ve had when using led’s retrofitted to my car. Seriously, these lights are a brilliant, white light that is perfect for back up lights. Easy 5 stars and well worth the price!

These bulbs are extremely bright. They are replacing a set of led reverse light made by another brand that only lasted a few months. These are made with much better materials and look better and brighter than the other led’s. These are a huge improvement over stock. They light up the area behind the car better than the incandescent bulbs and make the reverse camera image easier to see. This also makes it very obvious to others around your vehicle that your car is in reverse. These fit my 2015 Honda Pilot perfectly. I will definitely update my review in a few months regardless of a positive or negative experience. If they last I will increase my rating to five stars. If they don’t last I will drop my rating appropriately. For now, they are excellent.

I installed these bulbs as the reverse lights in my 2014 Impala Limited. Once the taillight was removed, they easily clicked into the socket and are very bright with no flicker.
