A set of wooden tokens was missing. Funko won't send out replacement parts, so I've had to send it back to exchange for another.Amazon has been amazing with the return however, sending a replacement the same day and giving me a month to return the one with missing pieces

Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present. We unboxed it Christmas day to find the Alice in wonderland action board missing and two fantasia ones instead. I have emailed funko and had a generic reply. I'm waiting to see what they say. I really don't want the hassle of sending it back to Amazon.

The game is gorgeous. But the warehouse was very negligent in its care of the product. The box was badly dented and torn. I take a lot of care with our games so it was frustrating the box was so damaged. And you can’t return the item for only damaged packaging.
