Really like the light output from these bulbs. Cool white in a kitchen really makes a huge difference - no more needing to use phone torches to read small print on instructions/ingredients. Don’t know how efficient these bulbs are but guessing they are better than halogen equivalents as they’re LED. Also same applies to longevity.Perfect fit as well. I’ve tried to use others but are way under sized.

Husband impressed but I prefer to a brighter light which despite being daylight bright room definitely darker but husband more concerned rising electricity bills

Ordered because I had 3000k warm lights and wanted 6000k daylights to brighten up kitchen but they flicker so bad makes you feel sick.

Contacted the company over this purchase as all the lights are flickering, stated as non flicker but this is untrue. Still nothing back from them regarding my order

This is a pretty standard set of 8 low voltage bulbs. I have 10 of these in my kitchen and when I bought the house they were all fitted with 50w halogen bulbs. As I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and it doesn't have large windows the bulbs tend to be on a lot. The halogen bulbs worked out at 500 watts per hour and even before electricity prices shout up recently that soon added up.So I had replaced the bulbs with LEDs quite a while ago but they were a mixed set of different designs and warmths. As a result they looked a bit haphazard. As it is a kitchen and I prefer a cool, bright light to a warm light when I am preparing food I opted to go for the cool version of these. That is those with a Kelvin temperature of 6000k. The same company make a warm white set with a temperature of 3000k.The bulbs come in a well padded box and they arrived in perfect condition. Fitting was a breeze and as I was able to retain a couple of the earlier ones which were cool light the whole effect is now much more pleasing. Reasonably priced at less than £2.50 per bulb at the time of this review.

These are pretty decent budget bulbs in my opinion. You get 8 bulbs for £22, working out at just under £3 each. They're 5 watts so don't use much power, and they output 450 lumens which is not the brightest, but still very good when there are several bulbs together in the same room. However, be aware that they're not dimmable so don't try to use these with dimmable switches as it will lead to flickering and can damage the bulbs, sockets, and even the switches!All the bulbs in my pack worked and were good to go straight out of the box. Overall, I think these are nice bulbs, and if you're wanting a nice cool white colour, these 6000k bulbs will be good enough! Would recommend!
