I received my honey today. It was busted and leaked not only in my packages but on others as well. And was told I can't have it replaced. Bummer. I was told this is a great product.Lost customer due to that I can't get replaced or refunded. Why would I want to order it again and the same thing could happen. No thanks

I love this honey! It never needs refrigeration and never crystallizes like store bought brands. It is raw honey that is not heated during packaging which preserves the honey's healthy qualities. Some brands heat the product to such a high temperature that it destroys the natural anti-biotic properties. They do this to get the thick honey into their containers quicker--so everyone thinks they are getting a healthy product when they are not. Capitalism at it's best!! I will continue to buy this honey as long as its available!!

The product leaked during shipping. It is only partially creamed-it has separated. I haven’t tasted it yet, but I wasn’t sure if I should since the bottle had been leaking.

Great product, but received container only 1/2 full as the other 1/2 was all over the inside of the shipping box. Might reconsider your sealing method. If I could get a whole container worth of usable honey I’d order again.

Tastes great but when it arrived the seal had partially come undone. Honey leaked all over my entire order. Learn to package things correctly. One small airbag doesn't protect anything. These boxes get thrown around like no other. The other honey in this order came wait a destroyed cap but didn't leak all over cause of the mess free rubber thing in the top. Probably shouldn't trust broken seals but I figure this came undone when it got smashed and thrown around. And of course neither honeys are refundable or returnable or replaceable. Doesn't matter if they arrive empty from poor packaging. Luckily only a little was able to leak out but more than enough to make everything sticky.

My 13 year old granddaughter loves this. Just a squeeze on her finger and she is happy!! Its fun to put on a hot buttered biscuit and watch it melt. And it tastes even better!!
