My mom wanted to replace a glass bedside lamp that she was worried about knocking over. This worked great. Attractive, sturdy and nice light. Light control is easy to reach and she can recharge her phone via the USB outlet in the base.

I was surprised that the lamp required assembly. I was grateful to find a sentence in the instructions directing me to the listing for a video of assembly instructions. I found this item to be easy to assemble. The lamp and dimmer work well. I’ve read a lot of reviews and a handful mention that the dimmer feature fails between three months and a year. I will follow-up in six months or so to let you know how our new lamps are working. I like the way the lamps look, the brightness of the bulb at 100%, and the small footprint on the nightstand. I especially like the USB ports for charging things.

Quite frankly, I am not sure why one reviewer was turned off by needing to build the lamps. I think it’s a very smart way to make sure the product doesn’t come damaged. Due to this method, the items came very well packaged. The directions were pretty much dummy proof and the lamps were easy to assemble. No more extension cord needed with the usb ports in the base of the lamp. Very convenient and it works. Love the fact that I can turn the lamp off with the knob and I’m not needing to strain myself to turn off the lamp when I’m in bed at night. I had traditional lamps before buying these and I was always concerned I was going to pull a muscle at night trying to reach the knob. And that was with the lamps being as close to the bed as they possibly could. But they were big lamps with big lamp shades so that probably had a lot to do with them being hard to reach. That’s one of the other things that’s great about these lamps is they don’t take up a lot of room. Love the dimmer on them too. I was able to easily adjust the lamp to a comfortable reading level before bed last night. When the lamp is fully on, it’s very bright too! Only thing is I wish the shades were white. It wasn’t clear to me when I ordered them. If you’re wondering about this they are more of a beige color. I thought they would’ve been closer to an ivory. As you can see, I have a lot of white in my room so that is why I was hoping for shades closer to white. However, the linen color goes well and adds a soft touch to the lamp at night when it’s on. At some point I plan on painting the walls and upgrading my bedroom furniture, so I think once that’s done, it’ll really stand out. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product!

This lamp is exactly what I wanted. It's tall enough to cast a good light, but nicely balanced so it doesn't tip. I moved it to the side of the table closer to the bed, and put my Bible and books on the other side of the table. It looks good! Another plus is the charging port that I can plug my iPhone in at night and have it handy if someone calls. Also the on/off knob is on the base so you don't have to reach up to find it under the shade. Someone gave this some serious thought!It was packaged well and easy to assemble.

Loved the lamp up until it just decided to stop working. We had it for about 8 months and only mildly use it in the living room once in a while. No heavy use. I’d say we turn it on once or twice a week. Last week we turned it on and it started flickering. We thought it was the light bulb so we went to buy new light bulbs today and still flickering. No idea what could be the problem because we haven’t moved it or anything I just sits on a side table in a corner and we just use the button to turn it on.

Got the matching stand lamp and we love them both! Gold looks quality. Love the dimmable feature and the usb plugs for a nursery lamp. Easy to put together. Also love that you can tilt the lamp to face different directions. Will definitely order more for other rooms.

I like the lamp, but it was taller than I'd really wanted for the space I had in mind. I moved it to my bedroom, it's great having the built in usb. It looks good & is sturdy. The knob allows you to adjust the brightness, which is a nice feature.
