CHQEL Baby Diaper Bag, Mommy Bags for Hospital & Functional Large Baby Diaper Travel Bag for Baby Care

I used this for my babies hospital bag and it was wonderful! It held everything she needed and still had room! And now, almost 5 months later, It’s used as her vacation bag and still fits all her vacation needs perfectly.

There is only one large compartment so it’s really only good for like an over night bag. The quality in its self is great and durable. Not really functional for a diaper bag but for just extra clothes and blankets for baby is great.

I wouldn't have paid this price for this item! By time I received it I paid just over $85 final cost. And if it was seen in a store, I would have bypassed it because it looks a little cheap and flimsy. The threading is kind of off too.

I purchased this bag back in August with a due date of 10/6 for our first born son. I was having some pre-labor symptoms that was ending me in the hospital a few times a month so we decided to make sure we had everything set to go in case our son made his grand entrance early.Fast forward to 10/1 when I was induced and delivered a healthy baby boy. I had the bag all ready to go and was so excited about it because it’s so adorable. Then about 3 weeks later one of the stitching on a strap came loose and we left it with my father in law for a quick fix.I reached out to the company about it and they were very quick to try and replace the item, but I had to let Amazon’s customer service know. I have worked in retail for most my life and I totally understand that not every product is going to be 100% perfect when it’s getting daily use. I was very impressed by their willingness to replace the item.I was NOT impressed with Amazon’s customer service. They refused to refund or even replace the item because it wasn’t within their 30 day return window. I understand not issuing a refund, but not replacing a product that has only been used for 3 weeks?? That’s ridiculous and CRAP customer service. After I pressed them, they offered to replace it for a $9.99 fee and I promptly said no thank you.This is not my first issue with Amazon’s customer service and honestly, my husband and I are very close to not being customers anymore. I survived just fine without prime or Amazon and I can survive just fine again without them.To sum up:Bag is awesome. Super cute, very portable.Amazon, your customer service is rank and needs work. .5 stars for you.

I placed the order and didn’t receive until a week later and then found out that it was lost in the transit. Placed another order finally received it. Its so cute and good quality product. Recommended.

Just received this bag today the quality is great it’s a beautiful color and very spacious seems like it’s going to be a great bag! Will come back after a while an update how it handles use.
