Works perfectly
I purchased this product to use with my PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X as my Samsung TV only has 1 x HDMI 2.1 port. The HDMI switch is powered by a USB 5V/1A port that is built into the TV so there is no need to take up a plug socket. I connected each console to the switch and then the switch into the only HDMI 2.1 port on the TV and everything works perfectly. This device supports VRR and ALLM as well as HDR and 4K so it’s perfect for modern consoles and means I no longer need to compromise to which console deserves the single 2.1 port. Everything works exactly as expected and there is no difference than if the console was plugged directly into the TV. The switch supports everything that the TV does, just adds 2 extra ports essentially. The build quality is good and the device is heavier than I was expecting, I definitely think it’s good value for money as other devices with the same spec are priced around £80. Setup was super easy and took no more than 2 mins.If you only have 1 single HDMI 2.1 port and multiple devices that can make use of it then this device is for you.

Great purchase !
Nice build quality of the unit itself. Functionality is spot on, works perfectly and picture quality is perfect on Xbox, switch and PS5.. remote makes it even better (although batteries not included for the remote)

Bring your own power!
Seems to work fine straight out of the box, but be aware you will need to supply 2 AAA batteries for the remote, and a USB A-type power source, there is no mains plug included, just a USB-A plug to a round plug for the switch box.

Doesn't work with Samsung Frame & PS5
As the Samsung Frame has a specific HDMI input for consoles, I was hoping to use this so I can use that input for, both, my PS5 and Xbox. I tried a cheaper switch previously and Xbox worked but the PS5 didn't.I didn't get around to seeing if the Xbox works with this but the PS5 doesn't. It seemed to work for a brief spell but, when checking the PS5 settings, the VRR and HDR features were unavailable so I wouldn't have continued with it anyway. Also the TV didn't switch automatically to the PS5 when I powered the console up, something it does when plugged in directly. However, for some reason, it decided to stop working. If I unplugged the cable from the back of the Frame controller and plugged it back in then the picture showed briefly and then disappeared. I thought I had a suspect cable but unplugging it from the switch and directly into the PS5, everything was back to how it should be.On that basis, I wouldn't recommend it.If you've got a similar setup, and it works fine, please leave a comment as I may have missed something.

Some manual work required
After a bit of fiddling with the 4k settings on the PS5, this has seemed to stop the flickering.

Not work well with 4K 120hz or 144hz
Tested for a week.Works ok on 4K 60hz on my XBox, Chromecast 4k, and my PC.Remote control is very good. When my PC is set to 120hz or 144hz, it occasionally black the screen and on. It happens only once or twice a day and it will not stop you from playing games or working on the computer.Firstly, I thought it was the power supply, changed from the USB ports to two individual power supplies, same issue, not a problem with power.Changed the UGREEN 2.1 HDMI 2-metre cable ordered to UGEEN 2.1 certified 1-metre HDMI 2.1 cable, same issue, so not a problem with cables.I can live with it, although it is not perfect on 4k 120hz or 144hz.So I now set my pc to 4K 60hz and only set my pc to 4K 144hz when I am going to play games. Most of my time is on my work or movies on PC, so 60Hz is ok for me.I have no 8K TV or monitor, so cannot test it with 8K 60Hz.I don't know if other brands might have the same issue. You can justify this before going to buy it.It is hard to find a perfect switch without fully testing it myself with my devices. A bit time-consuming and with the purchase of HDMI cables and USB power supplies to get all these results.
