Somethings can’t be modernised
These sticks are great, you can carry spares and they last between 4 and 6 hours then you can put another in unlike a battery one once that’s ran out. Can be a bugger to light but with a decent gas torch lighter that’s no problem at all. I’d never change to battery ones as long as I can get these, my only complaint, why can’t you get a bigger pack.

Like trying to ignite water
These are rubbish. They don't stay lite. You can't get them to warm your hands as there is no heat generated. Totally useless

Works but fiddly to light.
Arrived quickly and well packaged which is good as it’s quite fragile. Very fiddly to light and keep lit. Does get fairly hot and smells of the charcoal. Handy if you’re out hiking on a cold day. Would probably be good to take out when fishing or shooting.

4 to 5 hours burn time everytime
Burn time 4 to 5 hours and throw out enough heat, they are excellent for outdoor activities and work just fine. Excellent value
