Not a good read at all
Not at all useful pretty much every page had your coach will give you information on how to do this I. E exercise. The book was very basic nothing in there that I took away only to look up a coach and they will tell me everything. 30 mins of my life I'm never getting back.

I thought this might discuss diet and exercise plans but not really. It mainly covers all the other stuff around preparing for a competition. For example, when you buy your outfit and shoes.

Some good info but no real information in relation to training etc, just tells you to get your coach to do it ??? Disappointing read but does have some handy few tips.

Not impressed, it's more like a little booklet and throughout the book the advice are to listen to your coach!
