I was interested in trying out mouth tape to see if it would help my sleep quality, and was looking for a product that would work, and wouldn't be too expensive.The box gives you 120 tapes, 60 of an X-style and 60 that appear to have designed on a frowning model (I joke, but of the two styles, the slight frown is my favorite one). The tape goes on clean, and stays on until removed. A few words of advice before applying the tape - wash your mouth area and dry it, and then apply the tape. Do not adjust, remove or peel back any portion of the tape, it will not restick with the same force.I wanted an inexpensive trial, and this package has fit the bill. I am still getting used to the tape, and will revise the review to include any updates on changes to my sleep quality, but my girlfriend has tried it and loved it. Two happy customers at a low price - I recommend it.

These are comfortable to wear and don’t leave any residue or irritation to the skin around your mouth. They work! And I like that they give you different options to try out a couple of different styles to see what you’re most comfortable with wearing.

In the meantime, I snored with my mouth open, so my husband had a hard time, but that's not the case anymore. The problem of dryness and discomfort when opening the mouth has been resolved, and the loud snoring has also subsided. So this product seems to help not only me but he gets a good night's sleep.And before, I woke up often during the day and was always tired during the day, but now I can do something with a clear mind and focus. When I had to listen to an important lecture or deal with work, the pain I felt because I kept falling asleep was also resolved.Certainly, the product works well and the symptoms of apnea are also getting better, which is really satisfying. Actually, I was very scared when the hospital said that I had sleep apnea and that I would have to have surgery if the symptoms got worse. However, after meeting this mouth tape for sleeping, I no longer worry about it. It's a great product and I'd recommend it to anyone who's been struggling like me in the past.

My husband snores super loud like ridiculously loud. We've been to the ENT doctor and he's had sleep studies done, we've tried every product on the market with varying levels of success his take on these were they were comfortable to sleep in he didn't try the X ones the ones that are shaped like lips have a space in between where you get air and it does allow you quite a bit of air flow unlike some others. They stuck on really well he usually takes it off in his sleep but this one managed to make it through the night. I would say it quieted his snore about half but again his snoring is so severe that really is a big improvement. I would recommend them I've tried a few other products from the company who makes them and they have quality products. They're affordable since you get 150 of them so 5 months worth at $20 I think it's a bargain. You get 75 of the X shaped ones and 75 of the lip shaped ones. They aren't thick I tried taking a picture so you could see how transparent they are.

The x-shaped tape works best for me. It is comfortable and easy to use and lasts throughout the night. Do not wear any chapstick or lip product or the tape won't stick. But it gently provides a great nose-breathing night's sleep!

I can't breathe well through my nose, and snore loudly as a result. I also sleep with my mouth wide open, which gives me dry-mouth and apparently, phlegm. I say apparently because since I've been using these strips - no snoring (says my husband), no dry mouth, and no morning gunk!!!! I prefer the X shape to the lip shape stickers in this package because I can still move my mouth to breathe out of the edges - and I just find them more comfortable. It did take me 2-3 days to fully get used to. I'd wake up occasionally because the sticker was a foreign feeling, but now - no issues falling or staying asleep and everyone's happier! Highly recommend.
