Works good.
Angled end of the cable does not lock. It’s not designed to.

Does 1440p at 144hz
I bought this right angled DP 1.4 adapter (just one adapter) new for $11.97. I can confirm that it is able to do 1440p at 144hz. The build quality is good and the picture quality looks normal to me. I bought this for a Small Form Factor PC I built recently-- it works great! I would recommend buying this product.

Became defective, static noise on screen after 7 months of use
My PC was put in a Meshilicious ITX case, and by its tight design, only a 90-degree display cable could fit under the GPU (otherwise the case wouldn't stand properly). So, I went on Amazon and bought this one.It worked fine for a while on my 1440p/165Hz LG monitor, but then I started noticing horizontal bars of static noise appearing on the screen at random intervals. It would cause a flicker and the PC audio would briefly cut out. At resolutions lower than 1440p, the distortions were even worse. Eventually the noise became more frequent, to the point where I thought my GPU was failing. I tested my PC with other DP/HDMI cables, and they worked fine, so it turned out that this cable was defective after all.I bought it on October 2021 and it began malfunctioning in May 2022, totaling about 7 months of use before it became unusable. I'd look elsewhere if you need a 90-degree DP cable.

Exactly as expected.
I bought this to be able to mount my PC monitor on the wall with a very low profile mount. So far so good! Zero issues. 38" 21:9 monitor with 3840x1600 resolution at 100fps and it's butter smooth. Side note, it feels weird to have a DP cable without the locking mechanism on the angled side. Lol.

1440p 165hz
These worked great for me for 1440p at 165hz with no artifact or display glitches. I bough this to resolve a clearance issue using the display port on a wall mounted monitor. I was hesitant based on previous reviews but there are not really a lot of options for a low profile DP cable right now. I would give this a try if you need it for this specific purpose. The hit/miss reviews may be QA issues. I was going to try this out and return if it didn't work, but in the end, it worked as described.

Solved a very specific problem for me.
First off, they work perfectly as advertised. The cables look to be decently high quality and I'm running at 2k resolution @165hz no problem. But these specifically solved a problem I had. I'm running two 32" pixio monitors which have the ports pretty close to the botom edge. With a straight cable, I can see the cables sticking past the bottom edge of the monitor. These 90 degree cables stop that from happening and it looks a lot cleaner.

So far so good with Meshlicious case
Received it yesterday. I bought it to resolve the challenge of using a Meshlicious computer case. You need angled cables to connect to your GPU. I could not yet check if it can do DP 1.4 as advertised, but it does seem to work and, importantly, does fit within the Meshlicious for at least two ports (one port on my GPU is blocked by the case/GPU mounting. I connected this cable to one of the two middle ports).

Dimensions completely different from image
The adapter was much taller than shown in image

No locking tabs
Unlike the straight plugs the right angle one has no locking tabs to secure it and is a very loose fit. So loose it wasn't really usable for me.
