Totally used. Obvious signs of use. The PlayStation seals were cut on the box. Screws stripped out a little bit and a scuff mark on the underside. Wont be purchasing anymore. Will be getting my money back and returning this crap.

After only two weeks of moderate use, the L3 button stopped working properly. The L3 click doesn’t register, making it impossible to sprint in FPS games. The controller is unusable to me now, as I only really bought it for COD. I’m in the process of returning.

Has to stay plugged in to work. It wont hold a charge AT ALL. Dies immediately after removing it from both the charging dock AND USB charger.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My first review on this didn't meet Amazon's standards for whatever reason, so I will stick closely to facts. First, this is the worst packaged product in the worst condition that I've ever received on Amazon. Second, something inside this "Dualshock 4" (and I say that loosely) rattles when I shake the controller. That has never happened with any DS4 I've ever had. Third, the hardware, right down to the screws appears inferior to past DS4s that I've had. Fourth, the horizontal axis and vertical axis appear to be not as precisely calibrated as PlayStation Dualshock 4 controllers I've played with in the past. It makes for a nightmare of an experience when playing first person shooters, especially the most popular franchise in history. It causes one's aim to be all over the place. And, fifth, it's NOT soft and doesn't in any way feel like silicone. It's hard plastic like most controllers.I also found it quite odd that my package had a return address of "Return warehouse" when I received it in such bad condition.If you buy this, it is a terrible value due to the things I've stated, and having to return it back overseas on your own dime makes it a horrible value!Additional edit: It turns out that I will be charged more than $50 to return this with tracking, so basically I've lost $43. This has been my worst experience ever on Amazon.

It came in original packaging. Packaging looked a little rough, but I had been wanting a pink one forever now. My only issue is the vibration is a bit off from my other original remote but do able.Update: 7/2/20. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE WARRANTY!So I loved this controller. How its been a year now and its giving me issues. I contacted the seller to see if they did repairs and the answer was a no. My joysticks move the characters or cameras on screen without out me touching the controller. They have become over sensitive and cause issues during game play that no one wants from a jittery controller. It sucks that I paid so much for a custom controller and I can't even send it to the people who customized it for repairs.

I bought the purple one almost a year ago and haven’t had any trouble with it. The battery life is not so great but none of the PS4 controllers I’ve had so far have great battery life. Aside from that, it functions like it should and I do love the color options. Because I was satisfied with the purple controller, I decided to buy two more in two other colors I’ve wanted. Bought a green and blue, took them out of the box, charged them right away and they were good to go. All three looked completely new and in good condition, by the way, despite the boxes being slightly worn. Overall, I’m pretty happy with all 3 purchases.

I searched all over Amazon and other websites looking for the soft-handled controller to replace my other one. I used my old controller daily for PC gaming, and the only reason it broke is because water had gotten into it. However, the seller that sold me my first controller wasn't selling these type of controllers anymore. Bought a few PS4 controllers from other sellers, I couldn't find the right one. Either the joystick was wonky or the handles were too hard for my taste. I was hesitant to buy it because I'm so picky about my controllers and was tired of wasting my money. I wanted a controller with soft grips that had a good quality joystick. This controller fit the complete package, came in a day early, I've been using it every day for months for my PC games, I LOVE the green color, good quality, highly recommend!

Controller was obviously refurbished even though it claims in description it is brand new. Had marks and scuffs on back and buttons stick. Also did not come with charging cord. For claiming it’s brand new and charging $89, it’s not worth it. Save your money and buy an actual new controller that works. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!
