I started mouth-taping with Hostage Tape and it greatly improved my sleep quality, but at .50/a day it seemed like a lot. I found these on Amazon and they had great reviews and good pricing so I gave them a shot.The good: They are inexpensive compared to hostage tape and they sort-of work. Their emergency breathing solution is a little hole and a taping process.The bad: It's a solid plastic sort of solution and my skin did not like it. I blew out the breathing hole and ended up drooling all over (which is what you don't want).I got an email saying I could get a product refund if I was willing to take my review down. I would rather leave it up and let other's benefit from my experience.I ended up coughing up the $ for Hostage Tape.

Didn't do anything for my snoring

I started off using the strips only every few nights and they were just okay, not really as sticky as another brand I tried before. Even though they weren’t as sticky, it left a lot of residue after using them. But after I used them for 3 nights in a row, I noticed what looked like a slight rash starting to form right above my lips and it was making my lips and around my mouth extremely dry.

This product loses it’s stickum power when it get moisture. Your mouth has moisture, so it seems worthless. I bought a package of 120. In three nights I used five each night, so I have 105 left if you want them. My said I made awful noises, worst since diagnosed with AFIB

Don't stick

I recent bought four different types of snoring devices. This one was the only one that seems to significantly reduce the noise level. Still more testing to do and I think pillow height is also a factor, but seems good so far!

They do just what they claim to do! Will order again!
