I have never seen such a unique flavor of cashews, so I knew I had to order these as soon as I saw them! The cashews have a cheesy umami like smell, which was pleasant to me but I can see how it might come off unpleasant to those who are sensitive to smell. The taste though makes up for this! Sweet, savory, salty, seaweed-y! It had so many flavors packed into one but they all worked together to make such a delicious snack. The cashews themselves were great quality and had a nice crunch to them.

These cashews are way over roasted. To the point of being dried out and crumbly. I usually love the cashews with the husk that are straight from the nut groves in Vietnam. But I can not even enjoy these and they are ineligible for returns.

A friend of mine introduced this kind of roasted cashew from Vietnam. They are large, fresh, low in salt, and roasted with skin. You will be surprised how tasty that is with the skin. It is much better than no skin to me.

The reason I ordered these was to get the jumbo size cashews that I used to have back in Asia. But these are not that type although the source is Vietnam!But overall is a good product, taste good and fresh and not too salty at all!

Tastes just like the ones I get in Vietnam. Premium cashews and it’s super delicious!

tasted like paper would not buy

Really hard to peel shells will require nails or tools to scratch them off. And when one has to apply this much force, cashews themselves start to crumble.The taste is just meh, not as good as the other brands I have eaten before.I managed to finish this "trial" jar, but I won't be buying it again.

Large mostly whole nuts with excellent flavor and texture - the skin makes the nuts seem less oily and moderates the typical cashew flavor in a way I like. I also like the flavor that comes from the fire-roasting but if you don't care for that, you can find other companies' skin-on cashews that are roasted in a more flavor-neutral way.They're lightly salted, which I also like, but every now and then I add a bit of flaky salt to a handful of nuts since that flavor is also good.
