The new Raticator S-plus is an electronic rodent control device that uses household batteries to deliver a lethal, but humane shock to rodents. It utilizes 4 “AA” batteries (not included) which will exterminate up to 50 rodents or last approximately 6 months in standby mode. With the new Raticator S-Plus, you can humanely exterminate rats or mice with very little effort. Works Great.
Works Great. Be sure when handling to use gloves, mice can smell your scent. Also after each catch its best to whip it clean with water only. When i left it without cleaning they avoid it for some reason. I also smeared peanut butter at the entrance and on the floor and on the unit. Just enough to have the smell but not eat. What I also did was applied electrical tape across each side of the hole and left about 1/2 inch on the bottom because they love to go into tunnels and small places. I was able to catch 5 in one day.

Different baits have yielded different results. Use CAUTION when damp or wet in trap location. Unit light blinks if unit gets damp or wet. We allow to dry for a few hours and reset. Works very well on all rodents.

Worked good for 3 kills...
Rodent stole the bait, red light flashed indication contact with rodent but bait was gone and so was the rodent? replaced batteries and same thing happened. Need to buy new batteries or tty a new trap, Cant get in touch with The Seller....which is Amazon WTF!

These traps are absolutely amazing!!
These traps are absolutely amazing!!!Worth every penny you pay for them!They work real well with clean quick kills.No muss, no fuss, no noise, no mutilated remains like with ordinary mouse traps. And no snapped fingers setting them. As the owner of an older home in a rural area, these are worth their weight in gold! Thank you!!!!Great around pets, I bait only with dry cat food & wait. Empty by tipping into a ziplock bag. I have 5 of these. They work great! Make sure you empty promptly. If the mouse begins to decay the on the zapped plate it ruins it.Only downside is they eat expensive Ultimate Lithium batteries

It worked great, but stopped working after 9 months
I reviewed this item shortly after my purchase and I love this little gadget, however, it has now been 9 months and it stopped working. It's too late to return it for a replacement, I used it only intermittently during that time. While it worked great, I am disappointed that it didn't last a little longer.

It works. I've seen reviews where people claim it doesn't do what its designed to do. I have no idea what they could be talking about. Mine works great. 3 rats in the first two days. 5 rats in the first week. I am perfectly satisfied.

It works but doesn't last as long as the model that takes 4-D batteries. Have lots of citrus and a couple avocado trees and the fruit rats are relentless. Caught one each night I put it out. Threw in a few peanuts (shelled) and that was all. If I don't catch anything, then they weren't around. Traditional mouse/rat traps would be tripped and peanut butter licked off but no rat.
