Bought this to use as a device that can run the android apps that I’m coding. The larger size definitely helps to get the spacing right on my ui. Will keep using it to build my android apps and make it a home automation device when not being used for development. I only wish there was a way to put a frame around it to make it blend into the house more. Definitely sticks out like a sore thumb.

I wanted to like it, but quality isn’t there, slow processor, and worse, slow and faulty WiFi radio, I have a 2gbps connection and this device couldn’t even do 8mbps over WiFi before disconnecting. The logo also isn’t a good look, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this at the price point.

I was having an issue getting this connected via usb for doing some Android Development so I contacted support to get it figured out. They got right back to me the next day (probably because of the time difference) and the representative was awesome. Come to find out, I just needed a better cable to connect with (go out and buy a good quality USB-A male-to-male! or a bi-directional USB-C to USB-A) so the fault was entirely on my end. But the support guy was willing to work with me outside of emails. What would be great to see is one with a light sensor and camera built in (and maybe the newer version being available on Amazon with android 12!). Maybe those exist if you buy from them directly? So far the device is working out great for me either way. This is also the ONLY touchscreen monitor that I could find in this size range that had a consistent bezel size all the way around. I want to turn this vertically and pretty much any other screen available had uneven bezels or were either too small or too big for what I was looking for.

I bought it for my wife mainly to watch Thai videos. After talking to her she told me it appeared to be used because someone else's info was on it. Maybe used, maybe not. Could be one that was returned, as I almost did because it came with a cord that was incompatible with what it had to plug into. By the time customer service got back to me I had ordered a compatible cord, so add 12 bucks to the price. But she's happy enough to keep it. Also, no stand is included, but it comes with a wall mount. I think most would find a desktop stand more useful.

I was looking for something to format my own "family hub" screen with the Google apps we already use, without having to commit to monthly subscriptions or a third party organizational app. This was way less expensive than a lot of competitors, and the customer service was amazing helping me get it set up to work the way I wanted. Touch screen is responsive and it looks nice and sleek on my wall. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I own a ski equipment store and have been using TouchWo's touchscreen tablet for product displays. It has been extremely popular with customers. I no longer need to individually explain our ski products and their features. I simply take them to the touchscreen and let them explore on their own. It instantly elevated my store's level. I highly recommend TouchWo products.
