You could pick this book up and implement its ideas straight off the page. Unlike most books of this type it clearly outlines both concept and execution. Its also very well written and easy to digest in an evening.Very impressed, after reading I'm not surprised the author built £1m+ practice.

Reza doesn't hold back - the most useful and practical book i've read about how to actually grow my accounting firm. Highly recommend.

I wish I read this book back when I started my practice. It explains clearly and in detail the necessary steps you need to take as an accountant to attract and get business from your ideal clients. It also deals with how to price and how to run your accounting practice in a way that is profitable. Reza explains the logic of nieching in a way that is highly digestible, so in case you were reluctant or outright frightened by it, you could now decide for nieching with ease. It also has a lot of very useful information for established accounting practices, so no matter where you are in your journey as an accountant you will find this book invaluable. This book offers you a lot of value that you can apply in your practice right away.

Reza has put together a splendid book. The Four Pillars should be a compulsory read for ALL accountants, whether running their own form or working in one. The Price and Positioning chapters apply to all in this trade.

As an ex-big 4 accountant, this book diverted my thinking away from what the big Corporates were doing, simply because their model is so inefficient for small accountancy practices.I would highly recommend this book and the package offered by Reza which provided incredible insight- even from someone who was working with large international Corporates at the Big 4The only mistake I made was not to buy this before I started my practice.
