I'm preping for a GRE in Pysch and this is the perfect book for that. Easily readable and follows the major subject categories for pre-grad Pysc. Highly recommended. Wish it was available on Kindle though!

Psychology GGives wonderful insite into the mind, because it is devoted to studying the mind. It is a science but not a pure one. The clients don't easily fit into a study group. Therefore it hard to get a "perfectly normal" reading according to the data.We can say ("studies show,) but that covers a broad range of territory. I think the most interesting part of psychchology is a study of behavior. Understanding personality disorders is key. It helps to be exposed to Schizophrenia, Borderline, DID, and Bi-Polar. Having understanding and patience with a major depessive is important.Psychology is a text that give you a critical taste of all of this.
