I am a dog walker by trade, frequently doing eight to twelve miles of footslog a day, five days a week, and I have been doing so for four years. In that time, I have come to appreciate the value of comfortable, hard wearing boots or shoes, durable, warm, breathable and waterproof clothing, a decent hat that stays on your head in a gale, and perhaps most underrated of all, decent socks. Regular socks just don't hack it. These Danish Endurance brand walking socks are absolutely the best I have ever tried. I take a 7.5 size, and they fit perfectly, don't ride up, and offer support with thick soles, reassuringly supportive around the ankles (providing defence from painful ankle chafing when wearing boots), hard wearing and absorbent. I bought a three pair pack initially, and bought another three-pack within a couple of days, because I was so impressed with them. If you put in a lot of walking miles (with or without a dog), you MUST invest in a decent set of socks - and these Danish Endurance socks are a MUST!!!

Having recently bought a first item from Danish Endurance, a super merino snood, I felt fairly confident buying these socks. With a winter trip to Norway on the horizon, then walking in the North Yorkshire Moors in May, I was in need of new merino socks. These are ideal, good quality and at a good price. I think they will be very comfortable and warm. Only time will tell how hard wearing they are, hope they are as good as my Salomon socks that have lasted a couple of years (I do a lot of walking!) Danish Endurance is a new brand for me, but one I will look at again.

I need looser fitting (on the calf) socks. These are not. Otherwise the look, and the feel are superb.

I ordered these to wear with my boots when walking my dog and would definitely recommend them. They feel well made and are nice and warm without being too thick. I am very impressed with them and would certainly get more if I required them.

These are so comfy and warm and the attention to detail in the stitching and design is great.They shape so well to my skinny feet and are long enough to help my circulation. These socks are perfect for Altra hiking shoes and the like.Total comfort and worth every penny.Snap some up today.

Ik had net binnen een jaar een gat in een van mijn sokken. Ik heb geklaagd bij Danish Endurance en toen hebben ze snel nieuwe gestuurd. De sokken zijn verder prima. Ik heb merino sokken van verschillende merken en deze doen daar niet voor onder. Mooie kleuren ook. Waarschijnlijk zijn ze wel veel te warm voor de zomer.

Jag har både svarta och bruna i samma storlek, De bruna, se på bilden, har krympt rejält. Tvättade i 40 grader. Det borde vara likadana strumpor, tydligen inte. Annars väldigt sköna strumpor med god kvalitet.
