Yoga Meditation Buckwheat Bolster Pillow Cushion

I bought this several months ago to spend some time sitting comfortably in meditation but mostly because my martial arts master wants me to spend time sitting that way. I have a sway in my lower back and it causes a lot of pain. Watching TV I put down my yoga mat (only because I have wood floors) sit on this bolster for 20 to 30 mins and my lower back relaxes... awww. Also if I have been standing too much and my back hurts Best way to rest it is on this bolster! I spend a lot of my sitting time on this. I work trade shows from time to time and I take this as my ‘chair’ it feels better on my back than a chair and it’s easy to carry. Nice thick washable cover! I was not expecting the tree to be embroidered nice surprise it’s really high end! Love the shape! Love the fill! I only give 5 stars for a perfect product and I see nothing I don’t like about this! My back thanks you for this fabulous product. I recently traveled a long road trip. Took this with me and I would sit on it in the hotel at night to relax my back. It does that perfect. Sit and relax and it will do the rest. I also take this to my martial arts class for my rest time! I have not had this in the summer yet but I am looking forward to it! I think it will be perfect for sitting on near my creek while I watch and listen to the water better than the ground!! All natural material still allows you to ‘earth’ while sitting on it. We go to a lot of out door concerts sitting in the grass seating. I always carry a yoga mat for my husband daughter and myself. Enough room for three bottoms and even if the grass is damp your booty stays dry! This will be going with me next time!! Anytime I am outside this is with me!! I prefer to sit on this than anything else I can think of!!!! Perfect beautiful! If you need a medication bolster or have back pain (I meditate and have sever back pain) you need this! The back will completely relax if you just sit and relax so easy, so much pain relief, easy outdoor seat, great for anytime you sit, easy wash cover, the stuffing is all in an inside cloth bag so it’s really easy! To sit this way is so good for the body and mind! You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you peace yoga this product is one I can’t be without! How did I ever go without it!!

I use this pillow all the time. It is great outdoors or indoors, working on a laptop or in any seated position in which you are trying to maintain good posture. It provides comfy seating despite my back and tailbone issues. The handy carrying strap ensures easy portability. I have found it to be both beautiful and functional. I just ordered my second one. The first one lasted for more than a year of use with no signs of wear or tear (until one of my pets got to it—not the pillow's fault). It is just right for one average-sized person to sit on. My only challenge: keeping the kitties off!

I was in desperate need of a new meditation cushion because the one I had, which was inflatable, had given up the ghost and went flat on me. Upon receiving this one, I immediately checked its innards for bugs based on other reviews. There were no bugs in mine. (When dealing with natural materials such as buckwheat, there is a chance for bugs, it's a natural thing). When you open it up, be careful because the buckwheat will spill out. I found that out the hard way, it's a bit tricky! However, upon inspection, clean up and reclosing of my cushion, I was ready to give it a good sit.This cushion is nice and comfy. It raises my hips to a level which is just right for me and alleviates most discomfort and tingling in my feet and legs. I would definitely recommend this cushion if you're looking for one.

It’s easy to pack in a gym bag and comfortable to sit for long stretches

I love the feel and the sound of the cushion. I think it’s great for meditation. The only problem i have with it is the seat is a little small for the price. I love the color and design. This is actually the second cushion I have bought from this company just a different shape!

This is a well made meditation pillow with just the right amount of buckwheat. Pay attention to the measurements as it is rather large, and bigger than my yoga friends' pillows. . However, it is super comfortable and the color is great. Good width to it, great for larger persons, but also a little heavy to lug around. Not sure if I would buy it again, but I'm not sending it back, as it does the job!

Love this pillow. Great support, esp when working from home and sitting on chair for long hours. Also works well when I want to sit in floor.

I didn't rank relieving pain because I have no pain. But I love sitting on it as a tool for yoga and just to sit on when I paint.
