My preschool children loved these bugs! We used them on our light table. The kids built mazes out of magnetic tiles and let the bugs race through the mazes. This activity was a huge hit and they asked for them for several weeks - great for little ones attention spans! I will be ordering more!

We had a few kids play with these and they’re great! Fun to watch and try to trap. My sensory loving son enjoyed the vibrations while he held them. They can get a little loud if you’re using a lot, but it’s not too bad.

These are a huge upgrade from the last Hexbugs I bought for my cats. They are very fast and have a light on them. The main problem is that they don't automatically turn off and can fit anywhere. We've had ones get stuck under the stove and refrigerator. We have one that is still missing as we're not sure where it went. I wish that these would turn off after a certain amount of time, because by the time we find them their batteries are dead.

My son loved them and turns out, so do our cats! They move like bugs and are brightly colored so they’re easy to find. I would love them even more if they were rechargeable.

Note: Do not buy if you have carpets unless you place in a box or contained area with a flat surface. Decent battery life. Cat really really loves these!

It is a very cool toy, doesn’t easily get stuck and can even flip itself back on its feet very reliably. I’m impressed.

These are so fun! Use with magnatiles to make a maze that these things can "run" through for hours of fun for toddlers and kids.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these for my cat, after setting it down in the kitchen floor it took off fast! I wasn't expecting it to be so quick but She loved it and was chasing it around, if it flips on its side it will vibrate until it's upright again. Only issue I had was it kept going under things and I'd have to save it. So I took a old toy that held a plastic ball to bat around, took the ball out and added the bug. It works perfectly, even in the tunnel if she flips it over it will self correct for non stop fun. Not sure how long the battery last for since I haven't had them long but you can open the bottom of them and replace the batteries if need be.

Bought these for my cats to play with and worth it! They go fast and easily fix themselves if they bump into something or get tipped over. Awesome that there are no wheels or parts for hair to get stuck in. Love these , would recommend (for kids or cats lol)

Bought them for my cats and they love them. They are a bit noisy and get stuck in corners. Definitely a toy that requires supervision and human interaction but overall entertaining for my cats.

Great idea but I bought Hexbugs twice and both times had one faulty Hexbug (weak vibration, extremely short battery life). I would definitely not buy for someone as a gift because their defect rate is extremely high.
