Im 40 , slim built. i weigh 164 and they fit well around the elbow. good for roller hockey beer leagues. lightweight but a lil stiff on the bend. im sure they will loosen up after a few games. id buy them again.

The padding is thin and its kind of stiff. I saw this on other reviews, but went with them because I wanted a thinner pad for inline hockey. The sleeves are non adjustable, and if you have large arms good luck!! I have muscular arms and it just barely fit. They do stay on right during games and I didn't notice any discomfort. So I actually enjoy them and its what I was looking for, minus they being just a tad tight and hard to get on. If you have thin arms, you are good to go. Size up for sure regardless!

there are really small, one guy said he cut them to fit. ok, I guess that's one solution. My main issue was that there's not a lot of padding, so I put it on and whipped my elbow into the counter and i could feel it. I can only imagine if i went into the boards or full fall onto the ice what that would feel like. I'm at an age now where my body is more important than saving a few bucks. I ended up returning them.

Way too restrictive! I am not a heavy guy, 5'11" 180 lbs - put this size Large pad on my average elbow - boy was it uncomfortable. Super tight, lack of mobility.. needless to say, i have initiated a return with Amazon. I know Tour makes decent stuff, but this isnt a winner.

Great elbow pads for a great price. The liner in the pads does make the fit snug, so I had to cut it to fit better. Still a very effective elbow pad that's great for ice hockey.

Use it for rollerblading as i dont like to wear my heavy hockey pads in case of a trip and fall. Very cheaply made and thin. Runs small. I would not wear this for an ice hockey game.
