If you tweaked your ankle, this is perfect. Gives you extra support & stability. If you really messed up your ankle, get a mcdavid or a more solid brace.This is very comfortable. If you’re wearing it a lot, get a nylon or thin sock for underneath, then the spotbrace over that, then a regular sock. The combination makes it more comfortable & less stinky.

I loved this elastic sock for the first two months. Great support and hugged my leg nicely. However, after two months the top of the sock became loose and no longer hugs the legs. I still feel support for my ankles (which is why I bought the sock in the first place). I thought they would last longer.

When these arrived I wasn’t happy with them. I had fractured my ankle and wanted support and stability. Several days later I relooked at this product and decided to try them. I did like the fit, quality and support.

Bands around heel and instep too thick making for uncomfortable fit. Ankle area loose for the size. Thus not using much at all. Color ok but good sized logo in black front center not good as I got nude so it wouldn’t be too visible.
