i do eyeliner with water based products like this because my eyes are sensitive and this makes it so easy not to mention i travel a lot and often when i put eyeliner in my bag thats liquid they have me put it in my liquids bag which sucks so this helps me have more room in my bag for my skincare stuff also the coverage is really good its a really nice dark matte black which i love i use it every day for eyeliner and i doubt im gonna run out anytime soon it deffinatly would be good for bigger makeup looks.

The good news is that this is much thinner and will crack less than the pre-mixed “just smear it on” stuff that you get in the tubes. The bad news is that this is much more expensive and takes more work to apply.This has to be mixed with water, so it takes longer, and you have to get the consistency just right. It seems like you have to wait longer for it to dry, too. During our initial test on my wife’s hand, we got impatient and used a blow-dryer on warm or cool to dry it up quicker.It covers well, but only if you mix it pretty thickly. Even then, you’re rewarded with a less “cakey” makeup job. You can see every wrinkle and pore in the skin, versus the tube stuff, which is usually a much thicker layer that covers all that. That means the skin breathes better, and this doesn’t crack over time like most of the tube stuff does.We did notice that it comes off very easily with water. So if you’re going to get sweaty, you might start losing the color pretty quickly. Even when it’s dry, it will rub off a bit, so it could easily get on any clothing you’re wearing.Something I really like about this is the matte finish. Some of the tube types result in an almost glossy finish, and I much prefer this matte look.I hope this helps.
