I bought one of these but didn’t get chance to use it much. When I did get around to it I found that parts of the bag offered no warmth whatsoever. I could see that some of the baffles basically have no filling. They are compartmentalised so it isn’t like the down could have migrated to another baffle. I contacted Hyke and Byke and got no response. Very disappointing.

Product did not disappoint. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Came with manufacturer warranty guarantee (requires free registration). Product fluffed easily and quickly once out of stuff sack (provided). Very good quality. Nice soft texture with good quality zip and seems. Hood adjusts really easily. You can notice the warmth of the sleeping bag as soon as you get it. Plenty of room to wriggle and turn - a liner would easily fit in - nice snug fitting around the feet area. Brilliant product for the price especially with this comfort rating. Highly recommended against more expensive (and heavier) competitors.

For the price, I was very sceptical of the sleeping bags performance in that it wouldn't keep me warm, but it kept me toasty warm throughout the night! During that last few days of the weather front brought about from the Beast from the East, I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to test this sleeping bag out on a hammock wild camp up in the Peak District, I've got to say, even at -3, I was very warm throughout the night, I didn't wake up once! The only problem was my feet were a little cold but that might have something to do with me being quite tall and what have you. I must add, I was wrapped up in winter outdoor sleeping gear and had an underquilt for my hammock which will have contributed to the warmth but still, it's a pretty decent sleeping bag. I would have expected to pay more for the quality, which is what made me sceptical. It packs up nice and small (much smaller than a synthetic sleeping bag) which is always a bonus and comes with its own little compression pouch.

Used several times in temperatures down to -7. Excellent performance and warmth to weight ratio and about half the price of similar bags from other manufacturers. I own half a dozen bags and have used them worldwide from high altitude mountaineering in the Himalayas to summer camping in the UK.

I got the long version of this bag. The quality is great and it's incredibly warm. The inner draw string lets you cinch the bag around the neck to stop any drafts. First time getting a down bag and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommend

Only used it twice and it seems to have worked well and kept me warm but it wasn't low temperatures.

Warm lightweight sleeping bag. 4 stars because it uses Teflon coating or PFC chemicals witch makes me feel guilty everytime I use it. There are better, safer alternative for these nasty chemical so please give me a reason to rate it 5*

If your looking for a lightweight quality sleeping bag then this one is for you. Overnight in northern Shetland and was as comfortable as you can get, no hesitation in recommending the Hyke and Byke Eolus
