I like them for the variety they offer, also all the different muscle training

The laminated posters are super clear and easy to follow. I mean, remembering all those exercises can be a real headache, but now it's like having a cheat sheet right there on my wall. No more messed up routines or bad form, it's all laid out in front of me. They've made my workouts a lot easier

I have a functional trainer but have felt lost using it until I ordered these posters. I pick the exercises that I want to do and develop a program.
