Only had product a couple of days, but my initial thoughts are positive. As a mum of 6 now in my 40s I've put on weight round my tummy, some days I look like in 6 month pregnant, I saw an ad for these and thought why not.. so I've started slowly and managed 5 minutes on day 1 woke up on day 2 and I could feel my tummy muscles so today (day 2) I did 6 minutes and wow the muscles are feeling it.I am also taking water tablets as I have a lot of water retention. And bi daily 10 mile bike rides so here hoping this little machine helps get rid of the stubborn belly!!It's easy to assemble, lightweight and I think it's good value for what it costs. Worth giving it a go.

In my earlier review, I gave it a 4-star rating because I said it should have come with a small knee pad. I was wrong, it did come with a small piece of "mat", but I had thought it was there to protect the packaging. Indeed, the illustration accompanying the product did not feature it at all. But it can be used as a knee pad, and most probably is meant to be the knee pad. See the accompanying photo

Clock thing didn't work I emailed them they never bothered to reply

Really pleased with this easy to use and starting to feel results already unfortunately don't see any change but it's got to get through the layer of fat 😉
