Just the job when the fire is flagging and you've forgotten to pop on a log. Gets everything going again beautifully. The faux leather lets it down a bit, but isn't too noticeable.

Perfect for a small fireplace
It has stopped nearly all of the carbon monoxide from re entering my living room. If I operate it constantly I can go for nearly 2 hours before falling unconscious near the fireplace.

It's ok, just a shame it's veneer rather than solid wood; everything seems to be made on the cheap these days. I'd happily pay extra for real wood.
