It is definitely NOT 4 inches! Advertised as 2” foam and 2” mattress cover…the cover is…well crap and not full and fluffy and sure as heck not another 2”!!! I purchased this to add on top of an air mattress we got to camp in our car. I was worried that we would not be comfortable. I was wrong…it was the best and most comfortable sleep! We were in 100% humidity and only 55 degrees…we stayed warm with limited blankets…and did not sweat. I would highly recommend…just remember it is NOT 4”

I wasn't sure we would like this, since we are both in our 80's, but finding a perfect bed for each of our specific aches and pains is unrealistic. We decided to get this topper. It works beautifully for both side and back sleeping. We used to wake up grouching about our aches and pains, and we don't do that now. It was well worth the purchase. As a side note, our senior cats love it for their old bones, too.

Needed something to cushion my joints when I sleep and this fit the bill! Should have bought sooner.

It's hard to describe this topper but the words hot mess seem to fit. Let's start with the good, okay there isn't a funky smell that's about it. Everything else about this topper is so, so wrong. Let me go into more detail. First off it is larger than my queen-size bed even though it says queen size. I was like okay I guess I can trim some if I need to. But it is VERY firm yet you sink into it and it is hard to move at the same time. It's all very confusing to be sure. To be fair that might have something to do with the 3-inch lavender topper I have under this one as my bed a Chime Hybrid from Ashley by the way is hard as concrete. This topper is slightly softer than concrete. The feather topper is flat and lifeless even after running it through the dryer it's soft but just a flat mattress cover. To call it 2 inches is insulting actual 2 inch toppers. I admit I did not read reviews first and that is my bad. So to sum it up my bed that feels like concrete now feels like softer concrete. Not much of an improvement honestly. I in good conscience am unable to recommend this topper.

The memory foam is great, makes sleeping so comfortable. But the bamboo pillow top mattress cover is flat and provides very little extra support. I ended up putting my down mattress cover back on top in order to provide the additional two inches. I’m pleased with this arrangement, however I made this purchase to replace my older down cover. The bamboo cover was definitely disappointing. I’d suggest ordering a 3 inch gel memory foam pad, then wait a bit and add a separate down mattress cover to it. You’ll have an additional inch of gel, plus the added bonus of down comfort. Slightly more expensive, but if you spread the purchases out over a period of several months, a more effective and pleasing bedding scenario.

I wanted the feel of a cozy hotel bed. I do not sleep well regularly but can sleep best in hotels...kinda funny, but lately true. The thickness is just right and the memory foam pad on top of the matress then the pillow pocket like topper keeps the foam from being aggravating. I can't sleep on memory foam mattresses but this cover is so cozy you don't even notice. You stiff get the support but don't notice the stiffness...if that makes sense. I love it.
