This is the 3rd book I have bought in this particular series by OS, which I think is testament to how good they are!.The first large scale overview map in the book places each walk in context to the area covered, the following individual sections detail each numbered walk as they appear on the overview map.Each walk contains lots of useful info, especially on where to park for the start of the walk, with a nice introductory piece at the beginning to give a flavour of whats to come.The walk is laid out in Alphabetical sections both in the text and on the map, which is in the familiar OS 1:25000 scale, giving lots of detail to help with navigation, also Gps waypoints are given at the top of the page to aid those with electronic devices.Other info includes, distance of walk, aprox walk time, and other useful data.The text of the walk is dotted here and there with details of buildings and landmarks to help verify you are on track, which can be verified on the section of the printed map.The book is an ideal size for slipping into a rucksack pocket or large hand bag and is quite slim (6 or 7 mm) thick.There is a 'at a glance' section at the begining of the book to help you make a quick decision on the best walk to suit the time available to you or your stamina levels and the area it starts in.I personally love this series of Circular walks as they suit all ages and abilities and present the walk in an easy to digest format. Highly Recommended!

Excellent series of books with lovely ideas and walk inspiration! Would recommend for when visiting new places. Found this one a little less inspiring which is a shame as New Forest has many nice walks and places that the book doesn’t go to! Would avoid the only coastal walk in here and stick to the ponies!

Lovely walks, book quite difficult to follow- would be better if the route used the cycle path numbers to guide.

Great guide for anyone wanting to find new walks in their area. The instructions are up-to-date and easy to follow not like some guides out there! I would recommend it to anyone!
