Like the title says I've used three different sets of these belts. This is by far the best one I've tried. The steps in the power levels are very gradual so you can set the power levels to the point of right below where your muscles will start to Charlie-horse, so you get the perfect contractions. I am already seeing results. This, plus a good workout routine should get you there too.The other belts I've tried feel more like they're burning, than they're actually contracting the muscles. That's by far was the most painless and comfortable built to use. I think some of the poor reviews on here were mostly by people who had no clue as to what and how these devices worked. You need to find the settings/modes, and the power level that works for you without causing you pain, that's key to any of these things.

It's second machine I purchase. I like to use them, but charging device is breaking after few uses. I lost first one after 2 months of using it, no way to replace or return. I bought second one, the same story. Stoped charging after 2 months, no way to replace or exchange. Now I'm stocked with 2 completely good belts but no chargers! Do not buy, it's breaking after the time you can exchange it for good or new one! Lost money( over$100) it's no joke. I like machine but it works for very short time only! Lost money!

It definitely gets some good contractions going. However, there is often a very sharp stinging/pinching shock that is unpleasant. I’ve never had one of these but it doesn’t feel to good when it happens it almost burns. I’m going to keep using it and see how it goes.

I got three different types. This one, as advertised, I thought would be not so good. I was wrong. I have used it and compared it to the others. One I am returning and the second I expect to also return as both just don't do as good a job as this one does. It only goes 15 minutes instead of 20 minutes but I can live with that. More important is that I believe in the saying, no pain, no gain. I can dial it up to where I want it where the others do not. I can feel this unit working and it does seem to be decently made. I will be keeping it. The only drawback of this unit is the reviews. Many of them seemed false or not reviewing this unit. Misfiled for something else. They need to be proofread and edited.Update: this unit is still going strong whereas the others all failed within the 30-day return policy limit (Thank JA). Either the belt fails or the charging unit gives out.

I previously wrote a review stating that the vibrator pod didn"t work; however after strapping the belt on numerous times, it did begin to shock the crap out of me. After about 30 seconds of this nonsense, I turned it off. I'd have given it no stars, but had to give least one in order to submit this review. I have absolutely no idea why ANYONE would would repeatedly expose themselves to this goofiness.

The toning belt does stimulate your ab muscles. Even on the low setting you can feel your stomach muscles twitching. However after the first few days the two pads (as shown in the picture) started to flake off so i opted to return the item for fear it was going to get worse. So in terms of effectiveness long term, I couldn't answer since I did not have it for that long. But it does stimulate your abs. If the pads did not start to flake I would have kept using it.

The media could not be loaded.  First time use: this was very easy. It needed charging for around an hour to start using straight out of the box.I started at low level but ramped it to lvl 11 pretty quickly & that's when I felt it really work. No pain, just a pleasant but strong sensation & could feel my muscles tensing. Once you have it in place, don't try to rearrange it! Overall though, it's very comfortable.I don't doubt the capability of this being able to tone abs, so I'll come back in a couple of months & edit my review when I see results.I've used something similar to this about 20 yrs ago, it worked then & so I have confidence in this.See my video to watch it work 🤗
