Only equivalent to 5g of melon fruit on each capsule. I thought it be much more concentrated, like equivalent to 100g of the real fruit without the water and fibre.Other compounds includes amylase, sucrase, protease, lipase and bioperine (check google if you don’t know).I much prefer buying a 15kg (15,000) of the real fruit (3x 5kg watermelon) for the same price of a bottle capsule.

all I know is that I don't want too many people knowing about this gem lol..I get a nice pump from taking a tab or 2 when I'm in the gym.i find my skin is a lot clearer as well since taking them.Sugar cravings have reduced which I'm not complaining and i think ill keep taking them
