A great book with fantastic plans for many environments and situations. All can be improvised on for different size boards etc. Well worth having.

great book - but quite detailed for beginner

Lots of good layouts to see but no good for a beginner as it doesn't include a parts list for each layout so hard to develop

A must read for those with smaller spaces.
A hood little book that has plans for all kinds of areas, from houses to sheds and garages.Also has extra info inside. Certainly will help me with my next layout.

The booklet is easy to understand and read with others by the same author you can learn everything you need to know.

What is sheerness. It’s a booklet that’s as thick as it needs to be. Had a pleasant time dreaming of possibilities. Personal circumstances have dictated a change of plans. No more model rail for me, sadly.

Excellent booklet
This is an excellent little booklet to get someone started in building a model train set layout. Plans go from the very easy to the more complicated but with all the information a person would need to build their chosen layout.
